Rustbelt Revival to Headline 2014 Cask Ale Fest

We're pleased to announce that we've booked Detroit-based band Rustbelt Revival to headline the 2014 Michigan Cask Ale Festival May 3 in Ashley's Beer Garden in Westland. Comprised of music veterans Mark Fernandez, Dino Colaluca, Randy Moffat, and Kevin Corr, plus newcomer Savannah Moffat, Rustbelt Revival plays "rootsy rock," with typical setlists including covers from such artists and bands as Mumford & Sons, Ray LaMontagne, Tom Petty, the Gin Blossoms, John Mellencamp, the Civil Wars, and Stevie Nicks. You may even hear a few originals sprinkled in, with Rustbelt's four lead vocalists converging to create intricate harmonies over varied instrumentation on banjo, mandolin, accordion, saxophone, and flute, along with traditional rock and roll guitar, bass, and percussion.

Great topic. Consider linking to one of the sites promoting Caseville Michigan’s “Cheeseburger in Caseville”. It’s a great summer festival that pays tribute to Jimmy Buffett’s Cheeseburger in Paradise. The highlights of the week long event are Cheeseburger cooking competition, beach events and the famous Parade of Tropical Fools. There is live Caribbean music each evening in the amphitheater and street vendors galore. Cheeseburger in Caseville is considered one of the best festivals in Michigan and its going on its 16th year.
