May 3, the day of the Festival, is also the American Homebrewers Association’s Big Brew in honor of National Homebrew Day. We won’t be brewing, but homebrewing aficionados can check in and receive a special wristband that will allow you to sample from casks or kegs brought by homebrewers like Brendan Williamson of Menominee, whose efforts were showcased last year.
If you’re a homebrewer and wish to bring a cask or keg of your homebrew for sampling, please email jeff@ashleys.com in advance to set it up.
